When I try to log in, I get the message "Sorry, your login details could not be verified”
There are normally two reasons for this message; either you are using an incorrect email address or you have not used the right password.
- The email address must be the main address for your account with PEARonline, not an alternative email address. You can check this as it is the email address that notifications for new documents are sent to.
- Please note that the password is case-sensitive. If neither of these help, PEARonline can automatically send you a new, temporary password, see below.

I have forgotten my password
PEARonline can automatically send you a new temporary password. The "Forgotten your password?" link below the login button on the login page will take you to the new password page.

I cannot reset my password - I get the message "Sorry, we could not verify the details you supplied"
Normally you get this message for one of two reasons; either you are using an incorrect email address or the wrong security question/answer.
- The email address must be the main address for your account with PEARonline, not an alternative email address. You can check this as it is the email address that notifications for new documents are sent to.
- If you cannot remember your security question/answer, email us on support-AT-pearonline.com and we will check your question and answer by phone or email.
