When I try to log in, I get the message “Sorry, your login details could not be verified.”

There are normally two reasons for this message; either you’re using an incorrect email address or you haven’t used the right password.

• You must enter the primary email address associated with your PEARonline account, not an alternate email address. Notifications from PEARonline are sent to your primary email address.

• Please note that the password is case-sensitive. If neither of these help, PEARonline can automatically send you a new temporary password (see below).

I’ve forgotten my password.

PEARonline can automatically send you a new temporary password. The “Forgotten your password?” link below the login button on the login page will take you to the new password page.

I can’t reset my password — I get the message “Sorry, we could not verify the details you supplied.”

Normally you get this message for one of two reasons; either you’re using an incorrect email address or the wrong security question/answer.

You must enter the primary email address associated with your PEARonline account, not an alternate email address. Notifications from PEARonline are sent to your primary email address.
